DESCRIPTION:The RAIDER Training program exposes first-on-scene respond
 ers to the tactical skills necessary to operate successfully in the un
 ique tensions of an active shooter setting – a hostile environment\,
  populated by large numbers of civilians\, with an Active Killer attem
 pting to achieve the highest body count possible in the shortest amoun
 t of time. This is not a normal event\, nor is the response.  This is 
 a level 3 class\, teaching students to become instructors of the tacti
 cs.
