ICS-UCS Exercise
The purpose of this exercise is to help SCMRTF emergency response agencies prepare for any emergency that requires incident management and provide participants with an opportunity to evaluate current policies and procedures.
Exercise objectives include:
Review incident command structure functions from Incident Command to Unified Command.
Provide analysis for the purpose of incident command structure forms.
Appropriately demonstrate the work flow of resource requests.
Validate logistics documentation for quick and complete reimbursement.
