The course is designed to convey the importance of utilizing HSEEP resources as a primary planning tool for the Nation’s emergency preparedness officials when engaged in the management, design, development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement of their Emergency Response programs. The HSEEP Training Course is a classroom instructor delivered course to field public and private sector organizations where participants learn about topics including: • Program management • Design and development • Conduct • Evaluation • Improvement planning The goal of the course is to provide professions with a set of guiding principles for exercise programs, as well as a common approach to exercise program management, design and development, conduct, evaluation, and improvement planning.
